Hello,

I was just thinking this morning about our Hampton roads Market. Could it be the phone is ringing a bit more this past week ? I'm personally  getting quite a bit more calls on my lower price ranges right now. Homes that are under the 250k. Currently I have one home that is thankfully getting 2 second looks today from 2 buyers !!! Whoo hooo. I'm also getting traffic on my 130k priced home.I'm still not quite sure why this one is still for sale its so cute inside and shows AWSOME !

Podcast. I hope your taking advantage of my podcast. While the post are a few here and there I plan on updating the weekly podcast with the market activity on a regular basis as well as my personal thoughts as to what price ranges are moving.

Are you an HGTV fan ? I was watching designed to sell and a few more over that past few days. I have to say you can get some REALLY great tips. I think the over all I hear is DECLUTTER and NEUTRALIZE the home. I agree !!!! I do like to see some pizzazz but nothing that dates the home or is so custom a buyer cannot imagine there own items in the house.

Open house's ? Well Id love to hear from you on if you think they work. My thoughts well it seems with Gas at 3 bucks a gallon a lot of buyers will tour the online pictures then take a drive. I still do open houses for my sellers if they want them.
