Its well in to the buying and selling season and I must say traffic has picked up a bit. Listings are getting more showing however I'm seeing more and more weekend work instead of weekday activity. Humm wonder if it is the sign that we all feel less pressure to jump and run as soon as the home hits the market. I'm happy to say I think it is still an excellent time to buy a home. If your a 1st time buyer the selection is so vast that you really have time to think. One word of caution if the home your interested in. It will most likely will interest someone else as well. I still think if you feel it when you walk in to the home and you can see your self and your future there you need to put an offer in. Its kind of like finding that great outfit but you were hoping it would go on sale . When you go back everyone else thought it was great as well.
